Shirtless man in Mondo Kayo parade on Mardi Gras Day.

Shirtless and barely clothed men can be so lovely to look at even if they aren’t paid models.0valentinesbh300x200

I have a on going series of photos that I take of shirtless men that I happen to see when I am out of the house. I know it isn’t a post about love or romance, but y’all it is a barely clothed man. Doesn’t that make you think about love of one kind or another?

If you leave a comment, tell me about one thing that makes you think about love. I’ll choose three comments at random to receive a pre-sale copy of Basically Bad, my short story about a couple going through a difficult time. It’s hot, and it’s my husband’s favorite story that I’ve written so far. (Granted, he hasn’t read the past two of my stories.) Tell me what makes you think about love. Go. (And then visit all the other great authors participating today.)

  1. A couple going thru a hard time… Reminds me of my relationship, been together for 11y there is bound to be a rough patch or two over the years…

  2. Thanks for the giveaway! Sometimes I wish I was swept away by someone’s love. Being young, I have yet to have the opportunity. If I could choose any man in the world to sweep me away, I would certainly choose Alexander Skarsgard. He’s nice, funny, polite and well educated. If I could pick a fictional man, I would choose Jamie Fraser from “Outlander.” With his rough physicality, loving sensibility, and fierce passion, I know I would be happy for the rest of my life. I wish I could be swept away to New Zealand or Scotland, somewhere beautifully green and primitive.
    Enough with my epic daydreams…
    Happy Valentine’s Day!

  3. Seeing a couple that’s been together for years. Like both sets of my grandparents, they were together until they died. They had a lot of good & hard times too.
